Mistela
: Typically from San Juan, obtained from ripe muscatel grapes whose must is alcoholized before the beginning of the fermentation, the result being a high tenor of sugar with an alcohol degree of 16º.

It should be drunk cool, between 9°and 10°C, after lunch or dinner.

Sherry : this wine made the Spanish way, comes from white grape varieties (Pedro Gimenez, Muscatel, Torrontés). It is achieved with alcohol fermentation well finished, i.e., with a low level of remaining sugar and a good alcohol degree (18°).

Of a subtle amber color, in the mouth it is dry and liquorice. It is drunk cool, between 10° and 13°, as an aperitif or with cold starters.

Moscato : made the Italian way with white grapes with a predominance of Muscatel. The process of fermentation is paralyzed by adding wine alcohol at 5º.

It is ideal to go with Italian meals, pasta with spicy sauces and the traditional mozzarella pizza. Excellent at the time of desserts.
