Wine Making:
Reception of the grape
Stainless steel hopper, with transportation of the grape up to the grape crusher with a conveyor belt.
Grinding
grape crusher with rollers, with desticking device for 10,000 kg/hour.

Temperature control
cooler of wine harvest made of stainless steel, for 10,000 kg/hour and a temperature leap of 20ºC.
Fermentation and conservation
stainless steel vats with a capacity of 500.000 liters, that allows us to do controlled fermentation at temperatures between 15 and 18ºC, and later keep the wines between 12 and 15ºC during all the year.
All the enological technology described is Italian.
