It is situated in San Martín department, 21 km to the east of San Juan city, opposite the “Quebrada Ancha” of Pie de Palo, in a sunny and quiet place.

The facilities are organized into two independent premises, one for the grinding and elaboration of the wine and the other for its fractionating and later maturation in the bottles.

The making of the wine is made sticking to strict control rules of temperature for the fermentation in a CO2 environment to avoid oxidation of the juice just ground. The adding of selected yeast is done simultaneously with the aim of getting a better and more effective fermentation.

The winery has a capacity of 12,500,000 liters, 7,500,000 of which are in masonry pots with a coat of epoxidic resin.

A great investment and remodeling project of the facilities has been made, incorporating the latest Italian technology. This allows the winery to count on a 500,000 lt. capacity in stainless steel, distributed in tanks of 20,000 y 30,000 lt. , with its corresponding refrigerating system.. These favor the stability and conservation of the wines in optimal conditions as well as balancing and highlighting its characteristic aromas.

The bottling section has an automatic wine fractionating line whose capacity is 4.000 to 6.000 bottles an hour.

The later vintage in bottles at a constant temperature, in the darkness and silence of the wine cellars completes the maturation of the wine.
